We will ensure that all information is retained and only contacts with matching information in all fields will be cleaned up. To check if you have received the fix, review your contact list to confirm duplicates have been removed. Add an Outlook.com alias to your account and send email to Gmail users using that alias.

To access the filtering options faster, add them to your Quick Access Toolbar. Note that you can quickly tell how your mail is currently sorted, by the presence of a small triangle on the field headers. Another options is to use the Filter Email button on the ribbon. If you're using Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2016, uninstall and re-install iCloud to resolve this issue. You might need to set Windows Update to automatically download and install recommended updates. Installing any important, recommended, and optional updates can often correct problems by replacing out-of-date files and fixing vulnerabilities.

Some customers may experience a delay when trying to create a new email address, or alias, for their Outlook.com account. Although it's not possible at the moment to turn the feature off entirely, you can choose to remove it from your favorites list by right clicking the folder and selecting Remove from Favorites. We have recently received some reports of users who are experiencing issues with subscribing to .ics/ical calendars. This fix will also lead to a reduction in the total number of contacts on your contact list. We will ensure that all information is retained and only contacts with matching information in all fields will be cleaned up.

There is a better alternative to windows live mail that is used widely all over the world. While you are logged into your Mac, create a new macOS user account. After doing so, log out of your current account, and then, log back in with this new account. Now try accessing your Outlook email via Safari to see if this resolved this issue.

The Lost and Found folder contains any folders and items recovered by the repair tool that Outlook can't place in their original structure. Have you got to know about some efficient methods that can be used to repair Outlook Mac? If you have the right approach, you can make all kinds of proficient changes.

The easiest way to find out if this is the problem is to temporarily disable your antivirus software and log in to Outlook as usual. If the prompts go away, you'll know it was the antivirus software. Check your settings to see if you've got the Outlook repair support team "always prompt for password" feature enabled. It could be as simple as an out-of-date version of Outlook's software. Once an update has been run on your system, the bug may be rectified.

Sometimes, antivirus real-time scanning can slow Outlook down. Configure your antivirus software to exclude Outlook files or processes from real-time scans to avoid interference. If you can't choose any of the menu options, type inside an email message, calendar event, or contact, Outlook may have frozen. There are three steps you can take to try to get Outlook working again. You might need to set Windows Update to automatically download and install recommended updates. Installing any important, recommended, and optional updates can often correct problems by replacing out-of-date files and fixing vulnerabilities.

Starting Outlook in Safe Mode will prevent some or all add-ins from Outlook repair support team being loaded, prevents several settings files from being loaded and turns off the Reading Pane.
