Bet9ja Promotion Code Not Working? Fixes for YOHAIG
If YOHAIG is being rejected or the bonus has not appeared, the problem is usually procedural rather than a fault with the code. Work through these in order.
- The code was entered with a space
Browser autofill and copy-paste both introduce invisible whitespace. The field can reject the entry without telling you why. Type the six characters manually instead of pasting.
Too late to apply
Once the account is created, the field is gone. Customer service cannot apply a bet9ja promo code retroactively. This is a hard rule, not a discretionary one. If you registered without it, the welcome offer is not available on that account.
- The deposit was below the minimum
Entering YOHAIG does not credit anything by itself. The minimum qualifying deposit is ₦100. Some payment methods take time to clear, and the bonus only lands once funds arrive.
KYC pending
bet9ja promotion code 2026 holds bonuses until the account is verified. Confirm the email or SMS link, then complete your address and bank details under My Account.
- The one-per-household rule was triggered
The offer is limited to one per account, household, IP address and payment method. If someone on your connection has already claimed, or you have used that card elsewhere, the system will block it. This is not something support will override.
Rollover not met
A credited bonus is not the same as withdrawable money. You must turn the bonus over ten times on bets at odds of 3.00 or above before it converts. Backing short-priced favourites makes no progress toward the requirement. Check your rollover status in the account section rather than guessing.
If none of these apply
Contact bet9ja promotion code 2026 support directly with your account reference and the time of registration. Support can tell you whether a code was captured at sign-up, which settles most disputes immediately.
If you have not registered yet, avoid all of the above by entering YOHAIG at sign-up and depositing at least ₦100.
